The Job:

As a Solution Engineer at impress.ai, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring our clients achieve the ideal solution for their needs. You will be working closely with our sales and customer success teams and the clients to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions that address their challenges and drive success.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and assess current challenges.
• Develop comprehensive solution proposals tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Present and demonstrate proposed solutions to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and SOWs with accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with internal teams, including product and implementation, to ensure seamless handover of sales to the implementation phase. Enable implementation and product team with meticulous handover documents.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to our solutions.

• An overall experience of 4-5 years with 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS startups.
• Experience in managing international clients and shows openness to work flexibly adjusting to prospect time zones.
• Understanding of HRTech /Enterprise B2B SaaS solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and self-learning environment.
