The Job:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a dual role across client implementations and PMO initiatives. This person will own end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding projects while also executing internal and strategic programs that improve execution, visibility, and predictability across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on project delivery and building strong execution systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Implementations:

    • Manage end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementation and onboarding projects.
    • Own scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
    • Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Ops, and external stakeholders.
    • Drive UAT cycles, change management, and go-live readiness.
  • PMO and Strategic Projects:
    • Execute internal and cross-functional initiatives as part of the PMO.
    • Apply and follow defined project governance, standards, and best practices.
    • Create and maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and dashboards.
    • Provide clear execution visibility to leadership and senior stakeholders.
    • Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and tools.
  • Execution and Delivery Excellence
    • Drive clarity in ownership, accountability, and decision-making.
    • Identify risks early and course-correct proactively.
    • Balance structured execution with flexibility in a fast-growing environment.
Must Have:
  • 6–8+ years of hands-on project management experience in SaaS, IT, or technology environments.
  • PMP certification.
  • Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and delivering on time and within budget.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
Good to Have:
  • Experience working in or with a PMO.
  • Enterprise SaaS implementation experience.
  • Exposure to process improvement or transformation initiatives.
  • Start-up or scale-up experience.
