The Job:

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in product offerings and an innovative mindset for filling them. This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. We’re looking for a confident leader who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
  • Conduct voice of customer interviews, competitor analysis and market research on a regular basis in order to bring innovations and enhancements to the platform.
  • Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders to define the pricing and test it out in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
  • Document the high-level use cases and training documents for internal stakeholder trainings
  • Plan features for upcoming release cycles, considering client deliverables and roadmap features, coordinate with engineers and QA teams to ensure effective sprints and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with partners and their stakeholders to manage the third-party platform integrations based on the organization strategy and priorities.
  • Eye for latest and trending UI designs and user experience practices for faster customer adoption.

You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven experience in product management role with minimum 5 years experience, experience in B2B
  • SaaS industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the product life cycle, UI/UX design, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience in tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch is required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Technical understanding of Database, APIs, authentication, and SSO is a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the recruitment tech industry is a plus.
