Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
- Conduct voice of customer interviews, competitor analysis and market research on a regular basis in order to bring innovations and enhancements to the platform.
- Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective.
- Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders to define the pricing and test it out in the market.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Document the high-level use cases and training documents for internal stakeholder trainings
- Plan features for upcoming release cycles, considering client deliverables and roadmap features, coordinate with engineers and QA teams to ensure effective sprints and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with partners and their stakeholders to manage the third-party platform integrations based on the organization strategy and priorities.
- Eye for latest and trending UI designs and user experience practices for faster customer adoption.
You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience in product management role with minimum 5 years experience, experience in B2B
- SaaS industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the product life cycle, UI/UX design, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience in tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch is required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Technical understanding of Database, APIs, authentication, and SSO is a plus.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the recruitment tech industry is a plus.
