The Job:
We are looking for an Associate Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in our team. This roles is a great stepping stone for different career either as a Business Analyst, a project manager or a product operations specialist. In this role, you will actively and consistently study our organizational workflows and processes to support the Operations team by helping with client configurations. The role will entail working on projects serving impress.ai’s growing portfolio of clients across the globe including the US, Singapore, and India, with accelerated opportunities for growth for those performing well.
Responsibilities:
- Workflow and Process Analysis:
- Actively study organizational workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Document current workflows and proposed improvements for future reference.
- Client Configuration Support:
- Assist the Operations team in configuring client accounts and settings.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Project Participation:
- Engage in various projects aimed at enhancing operational capabilities and client experience.
- Contribute ideas and insights to project teams to drive innovation and efficiency
- Manage UAT rounds and ensure that the set timelines are met..
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables while adhering to quality standards.
- Global Client Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support impress.ai’s diverse client base across different regions.
- Communicate effectively with clients from the US, Singapore, India, and other global locations.
- Engage in providing training and demo sessions to the client, if needed.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Help the team in monitoring key performance metrics related to operations and client configurations.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Present findings to management and stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
- Continuous Learning and Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to operations and client management.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Proactively seek feedback and incorporate learnings into daily activities to improve performance.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments, including Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Share insights and experiences to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Support team members as needed to achieve common goals and objectives.
You Bring to the Table:
- A positive and go-getter attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in operations, business analysis, or client management is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
