Design, implement and improve company quality standards. Analyze data in order to find areas for growth. Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met. Work with product and operations teams to ensure that it is easier for platform users to ensure that Impress quality standards are met.
- Experience in building, training and managing a QA team. Ideally in the enterprise software SaaS space.
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to handle, interact with and influence internal and external stakeholders with different backgrounds.
- Strong QA background with experience in manual and automated QA for multiple products.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and keep abreast of the fast-changing testing environment
