The Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Executive to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to qualify deals and conduct discovery calls with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales or pre-sales within the HR or recruitment software industry, and exposure to enterprise sales is a plus. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying qualified leads and effectively communicating the value of our solutions to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious, disciplined, and eager to develop a successful career in sales.

  • Qualify Deals: Qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria. Meet qualified prospects, and deliver sales presentations and demos. Assess prospects’ needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to determine their suitability as potential clients.
  • Discovery Calls: Initiate and conduct discovery calls with qualified leads to understand their pain points, business challenges, and goals. Ask probing questions to gather relevant information and align our solutions with their specific needs.
    Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and challenges. Effectively articulate the value proposition of our HR or recruitment software solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and their features, as well as stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape. Communicate product benefits and differentiators to prospects during discovery calls.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage prospects through the sales pipeline using CRM software. Provide accurate and timely updates on prospect interactions, deal status, and sales forecasts.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads. Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials as needed.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ activities. Share relevant insights with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Generate regular reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of qualification and discovery efforts. Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations.
You Bring to the Table:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or pre-sales, preferably within the HR or recruitment software industry. Exposure to enterprise sales is desirable.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify potential leads, including conducting research and assessing prospect needs.
  • Proven experience in conducting discovery calls, asking effective questions, and uncovering customer pain points and objectives.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to potential customers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads, tasks, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of SaaS and B2B.
  • Experience in HR-tech preferred.
  • Knowledge of agile & enterprise architecture preferred.
